Holiday Oil Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of Utah who are at least 18 years old. Employees of Holiday Oil, its affiliates, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate.

Participation Requirements

Participants must follow all entry instructions. Any attempt to manipulate or circumvent the rules will result in disqualification. No purchase is necessary to enter. Making a purchase will not increase chances of winning.

How to Enter

1. Social Media Entry (One Social Media Winner)

Eligibility: Participants must follow Holiday Oil on Instagram and/or Facebook.

Entry Method: Participants must complete all of the following: a. Follow Holiday Oil’s official Instagram or Facebook account(s). b. Like the designated giveaway post. c. Tag friends in the comments of the giveaway post.

· Each tagged friend = 1 entry

· Unlimited tags allowed d. Share the post to their Instagram Story for 5 additional entries.

· If the account is private, participants must send a screenshot of the shared Story via direct message to verify entries.

Alternative Entry Method: Participants without social media may enter by submitting their name, email, and phone number through the entry form on holidayOil.com. Entries must be submitted by December 9, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST.

2. MyHoliday SMS Opt-In Entry (One SMS Winner)

A second winner will be selected from all active MyHoliday loyalty members who are opted in to SMS messaging during the entry period.

To enter via this method:

· Participants must be registered MyHoliday members.

· SMS communications must be turned ON in their account.

Entry Period

The giveaway runs from December 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM MST through December 9, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST. Winners will be selected on December 10, 2025.

Prize Description

Each winner will receive 36 punch cards, each containing 10 punches, good for free fountain drink refills for one year at Holiday Oil.

Usage Limit: Maximum two refills per day per card.

Non-Transferable: Prizes cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

Cash Redemption: Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted with other products or services.

Duration: Prizes are valid for one year from the date the winners are notified. Unused refills expire at the end of the one-year period.

Winner Selection & Notification

Social Media Winner:

· One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible social media entries using a third-party tool such as Comment Picker.

· Winner will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform they used to enter.

· If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, a new winner may be selected.

MyHoliday SMS Winner:

· One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible MyHoliday members who are opted in to SMS messaging.

· Winner will be contacted via text message on December 10, 2025.

· If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, a new winner may be selected.

Public Announcement: Winners’ names may be announced on Holiday Oil’s social media channels on December 10, 2025, shortly after selection.

Multiple Prizes: One person may only win one prize. If the same person is selected for both drawings, Holiday Oil will redraw to ensure two separate winners.

Privacy & Data Use

Holiday Oil collects personal information solely to administer this giveaway. Information will not be sold or shared, except as required to fulfill prizes or comply with law.

SMS Entries: Standard message and data rates may apply. SMS opt-in is voluntary and not required to enter or win, except for eligibility for the SMS drawing.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. By entering, participants release Instagram, Facebook, and Meta from any responsibility related to the giveaway.

Fraud & Eligibility Verification

Holiday Oil may disqualify entries suspected of fraud or spam, including bot accounts or mass-created accounts. Holiday Oil may request proof of Utah residency and/or identity before awarding prizes.

Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners agree that Holiday Oil may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Liability

Holiday Oil is not responsible for technical problems, lost entries, or circumstances outside its control that interfere with the giveaway. By participating, entrants release Holiday Oil from any liability related to participation or prize use.

Governing Law

This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Terms

By entering, participants agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by Holiday Oil, which are final.
